Custom Kitchens
We’re proud to specialize in custom kitchen renovations. By working closely with custom cabinet makers, we are able to supply a durable, budget-friendly product that is custom designed to suit each client’s space.
The majority of our kitchen renovations include wall removal, adjusted electrical and plumbing, drywall repairs, new floors and trim, paint, hard surface countertops, and backsplash tile among other customizable options.
Bathrooms
Another project we specialize in are complete bathroom remodels. Whether you want to update the existing layout or totally reconfigure the space, we will bring your vision to life.
The majority of our bathroom renovations include adjusted electrical and plumbing, drywall repairs, new tile or vinyl plank floors, trim, paint, prefabricated vanities, tile tub surrounds, or a custom shower with either an acrylic or tile base.
Timber Framing
Heavy timber is becoming more and more popular in homes across Ontario. Maven Restorations is able to offer both structural and decorative timber options.
The majority of our timber projects are structural and include items such as a timber frame roof structure over a composite deck or a timber frame front entrance feature.
Composite Decks
Decks can be costly to begin with, but building a deck cheaply only to rebuild it when it falls apart is even more expensive. This is why we choose to only offer composite decks to our clients. While the upfront investment is more than wood products, our clients never need another deck as long as they live in their home.
The majority of our decks include helical piers, a 2x8” pressure treated frame, 12” on centre framing to support the composite, mid or high grade composites, prefab or custom handrails.
